This freshly renovated 4BR home features a free heated pool, brand new hot tub, a 3-hole mini putting green, and firepit made for starlit evenings! Inside, a stylish custom interior, fully stocked kitchen, blackout curtains, and noise machines for peaceful nights after long days in Scottsdale. Minutes from Old Town, Spring Training, Fashion Square, and Scottsdale’s world class golf courses.
Step inside to a sun-filled living space with thoughtful custom design touches and plenty of room to gather. The living and dining area features cozy open concept seating, a 65" Smart TV with YouTube TV, and a large dining table with seating for 8. The adjacent kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, Keurig with coffee pods, a blender, toaster, premium cookware, and all the essentials for preparing meals or enjoying morning coffee. We also provide a highchair and pack n play on site for families!
Each of the 4 bedrooms in the home is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style featuring 50” Smart TV’s. Blackout curtains and noise machines are in every bedroom, as well as full length mirrors for exciting glam nights out in Old Town! • Security Cameras: A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entry, with additional cameras over the garage and side access gate.
These devices are used to verify occupancy and only for emergency/security purposes for guests.
• Noise & Occupancy Monitoring: A Minut noise and occupancy sensor is installed to help ensure respectful volume levels. It tracks decibel levels only and does not record audio, preserving guest privacy while maintaining neighborhood peace.
• Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee.

Full disclosure. Everything was as it should be. Prime location. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet anything you want to do is easily accessible. Aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. Communication open, clear and concise. Kitchen well stocked for entertaining. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They greeted us with a thoughtful surprise—a bottle of wine and a Cubs-themed gift since our family was visiting from Chicago. It was such a kind, personal touch.The home itself was fantastic. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans so we could easily cook meals. There was plenty of seating for everyone, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with pillow-top mattresses. We also appreciated the abundance of towels and even laundry soap available. The coffee bar was another great touch—it had all the good stuff and made our mornings even better.The location was perfect. We enjoyed shopping in Old Town Scottsdale and loved that Sloan Park was only a few minutes away so we could attend a Cubs spring training game.The backyard was gorgeous with plenty to do, including a pool and hot tub that made it feel like our own private retreat. Everything was clean, cute, and thoughtfully prepared. Even though I live nearby in Gilbert, staying here made me feel like I was on a dream vacation. Our out-of-town guests were sad to leave. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay this weekend! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly had every detail thoughtfully considered. Everything felt seamless from start to finish. The host was fantastic—great communication and wonderful recommendations that made our trip even better. We are looking forward to our stay here again and it becoming an annual family trip!

Great house, nicely done. Bed in master is too soft for our preference. Pool cleaning robot is a minor a annoyance. Hot tub instructions reference a support bar, which wetent there. Suggest ipdating instructions or getting a support bar. Thanks for a great house!
