The property is fantastic. Very clean with great views and I found my stay here both relaxing and therapeutic. Location wise it's perfect with various bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Nicholas is a great host, friendly and informative. I highly recommend staying here to anyone considering it.

Fantastic well appointed and clean apartment in a great location with beautiful sea views. The location was perfect for us - less than 5 minutes walk to the sea but also not too far out to be able to drive into the city centre for sightseeing or to drive to the nearest metro station to use the metro system to access the city. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Athens.

We were pleased to enjoy the two nice size bedrooms with lots of light and comfortable beds. The new closet system in each had ample room to store clothes. One bathroom was larger than the other. The almost wrap around patio with views of the sea and mountains was the best. Small, quick elevator available but we took the stairs to the 4th floor most of the time. Situated in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood. Enjoyed several coffee shops close by. We (two adult couples) had events most of the weekend nearby and also in Athens, so it was a good home base. Home was clean and well maintained. Instructions for entry are sent prior on a video via What's App so be sure you have that App set up.
