This is an absolute wonderful property and Aaron is very pleasant to work with.

The Condo has a great view ! and the Video arcade game was a huge hit with the crew , but the place could use some serious TLC , The mattress in the bedroom has a huge sagg in the middle of the bed, very limited towels available for showers, kitchen had very limited pots and pans for cooking , no spatula , no can opener , and what silverware that was there was dirty , and the floor in the unit was filthy , after us waling around in the unit barefoot we all noticed that are feet were black from the dirt on the floor

One portion of the living room was slippery, like oily and the other part was sticky, your sneakers would stick and squeak when we walked on it. The couch was comfortable, the bed was small, the OCEAN view is a bit of a stretch!

The apartment was in beautiful condition. Very well kept cute. Sandra was very prompt in returning text on any of our concerns. I’d be happy to stay at any of her properties. Thank You for a wonderful stay!

The host was very responsive and communicative! Instructions and codes were clear, making check in easy. Location is great, close to Surfside Beach. This older unit could use a refresher. Would be good for young kids, especially because of the small bunks and video game.

Access to the property was easy and the owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating to our needs
