Located in Sesto Fiorentino, Tuscany, within an ancient village of Etruscan-Roman origin, Villa Ancòra Tenuta Lonciano is a comfortable 90 sqm villa ideal for up to 6 guests. It features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs. The 6 sleeping places include 2 sofa beds: one in the villa’s living room and one in the separate studio. The studio, about 10 meters from the main villa, has a private bathroom and kitchenette; it connects to the house via an internal door, but its use is not recommended to ensure your privacy. The villa offers high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace. Families with children will find a crib and high chair available.

Outside, you can relax in the private garden and on 2 open terraces with beautiful mountain views. The private outdoor pool and outdoor shower are perfect for relaxing, while the private barbecue lets you cook outdoors.

The property is about 20 meters from the entrance gate. If you need help with luggage, a luggage transport service is available on request during check-in hours. The property offers 3 shared parking spaces on site. You may bring 1 pet during your stay, and beach towels are provided. Private events and weddings are allowed only by booking the entire Tenuta Lonciano, including all three villas.

Within the same Tenuta Lonciano, two other villas—VillaNova and Villa La Torre—are available, ideal for larger groups or families who wish to stay close while maintaining their privacy.
