Enjoy a quiet and functional studio, ideal for 2 to 3 people. You will have a small private garden, an outdoor dining area, a plancha, and access to the swimming pool (hours defined for your comfort).

Located near our house, the accommodations are independent, with private parking and electric gate. A perfect setting to relax for a few days in the sun!
The accommodation
The 20 m² studio is equipped with a double bed, a functional kitchenette (hob, microwave, fridge top airfryer, toaster, coffee machine, tea, chocolate, cold drinks), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, a television, wifi, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Traveler access
Travelers will have access to the entire studio, the small private garden, the outdoor dining area, the barbecue, the private parking, and the swimming pool between 10:30 am and 8 pm (shared with the owners).

Breakfasts are only available to people staying two nights. For the others, everything necessary is made available on arrival so that they can prepare a single breakfast the day after their arrival (knowing that we have local shops open 7 days a week).

Concerning the toiletries, it is the same principle: the essentials are made available for one night.
Other remarks
Access to the swimming pool is possible every day from 10:30 am to 8 pm and remains shared with the owners.

An extra mattress is available on request for a 3rd person knowing that this restricts the space in the room
A surcharge applies for its use: the rate is adjusted automatically when booking for 3 travelers.

Please respect the arrival (from 2pm) and departure (until 11am) times.
The accommodations are non-smoking and parties are not allowed.
