Very nice bright 2 room flat with kitchen - dining room and two balconies, located directly at the English Garden, about 10 minutes walk from the old town of Landsberg (main square), surrounded by greenery. 10 minutes walk to the railway station. Size approx. 80 m²; attic - 2nd floor; 1 living room, 1 bedroom, kitchen, hallway and dining area with balcony facing the English Garden, bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC, the entrance to the flat with cloakroom and balcony is on the 1st floor. Direct access to the bathroom in the bedroom (glass door); all rooms have parquet or tiled floors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker (convection and top and bottom heating) with induction hob, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Maximum occupancy 2 persons; minimum stay 4 nights. Ideally suited for holiday and holiday guests, companies and cycle tourists.Pets are not allowed, please understand.
