With its well thought-out layout and luxurious furnishings, this flat is the ideal retreat for families and groups looking for both relaxation and active exploration of the surrounding area.Inside, the flat boasts a fully equipped, separate U-shaped kitchen, including a four-zone ceramic hob, raised oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, fridge-freezer and all small electrical appliances. The lower floor also has an inviting living and dining room with a large dining table, high-quality leather chairs and a cosy corner bench, complemented by modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV with satellite TV and DVD player as well as an atmospheric ethanol fireplace. There is also a daylight shower room and a comfortable double bedroom. On the upper floor there are three further double rooms with first-class double beds and a spacious bathroom with shower cubicle, bathtub and private infrared cabin.The outdoor area boasts a south-facing balcony with spectacular mountain views and seating for four people.
