The holiday flat is a three-minute walk from the picturesque village centre of Appenzell. All important localities can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The property is a twenty-year-old flat in an apartment block. The spacious living room is the focal point of the bright flat, the reading corner invites you to relax, the modern kitchen and the two beautifully furnished bedrooms offer everything you need for a successful week's holiday. The flat has recently been partially renovated, so it looks like new and is normally used as the landlord's main residence. However, while it is rented out, you have the flat to yourself. The landlord's bedroom and bathroom are not available to you, but are not used during this time. These two rooms have not been included in the description of the holiday flat. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Appenzell. Close to the historic town as well as grocery stores. A little difficulty finding the parking entrance, but the property manager was very helpful. We'd definitely recommend this comfortable home away from home.

My wife and I are celebrating our fiftieth wedding anniversary this year and came across this property while searching for a quiet vacation location. This apartment is much better than advertised. It's very clean, modern and fully functional. It's much better than the photos indicate. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of the town center, and the local Coop and Migro's markets. The owner is exceptionally accommodating. This apartment helped make our stay in Appenzell very enjoyable. Definitely would be a repeat customer.

If we come to anywhere near Appenzell, we will definitely consider staying here again. It is a great apartment in a good location. It has an excellent balcony for relaxing or dining al fresco. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. Wifi is good speed. Grocery store nearby. After weeks of traveling in country, we were especially grateful for the washer/tumbler. Thank you Lukas for all the details you thought of to make us feel at home.

Definitely recommend this flat/apartment - very clean, nice and easy to deal with owner. Close proximity to the main area of Appenzell - walking distance to restaurants, cafe's, shops.
