Shared laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are conveniently located on the second floor and available for guest use.
The outdoor space is shared among residents; however, it is most often used by this specific space. Directly across the street, you’ll find a tennis and pickleball court as well as a play structure, offering additional options for recreation during your stay.

The only thing I would suggest is removing that it smoke free environment as smoke was pouring in the vents through the vents we had to put pillows to stop the smoke from coming in as I am allergic to it so we had to have the windows fully open and the heat should be regulated based on the temperatures outside it was stifling hot. Otherwise it was a beautiful place in an older building, but it matter purposes in that way.
