The apartment is 2 mins from Bristol Beach and North Shore surfing. It is a 5-min walk to the centre of town with the best restaurants, bars, and nightlife, and 7 mins from the white sand beaches in town, with a bus stop from the airport right outside.

Located in the exclusive Bristol Sunset Beach development, it features an excellent vibe and a youthful environment, along with an amazing rooftop where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast and evening drinks, and stunning views over the island's unique panorama!

The space offers a communal roof, a concierge service, and many other activities that can be booked through the fantastic team managing the building!

All communal spaces are accessible to our guests, from the roof top to the swimming pool and the possibility to sign up to gym and yoga classes in our rooftop space.

If needed, we can provide tips on places to go and things to do!! It’s a small town but it has plenty of things you can arrange on doing every day, including surf classes and kitesurfing experiences (min 5 days courses are suggested for Kitesurfing).

On request, we can organise midweek cleaning to be agreed upon at check-in.
We provide cleaning and changing of linen and towels every 10 days. The cost for this service is 40 euro for each change.
High-speed Internet is also available at the property free of charge
If required we can also provide small beds for infants at the cost of 15euros/week.
