Tankah Arthouse is a bold beachfront villa designed for groups who want to come together, celebrate, and stay right on the ocean. Defined by its striking brutalist architecture and expansive social spaces, the home sits directly on the shoreline, where the sound of the waves becomes part of the experience.

The villa sleeps up to 18 guests across seven bedrooms, including two oceanfront master suites positioned just above the water. Interiors are modern and minimal, balanced with warm textures and generous living areas made for long dinners, late nights, and shared moments. Multiple indoor and outdoor lounges flow seamlessly toward the pool and beach, creating an effortless rhythm between gathering and retreat.

Ideal for milestone birthdays, group trips, and social stays, Tankah Arthouse offers a rare combination of scale, privacy, and direct beachfront living — supported by concierge services to curate the stay from arrival to departure.
