Nestled among the rolling Umbrian hills, this spacious farmhouse sits in an elevated position just a few kilometers from Città di Castello and is the ideal starting point for discovering three beautiful Italian regions: Umbria, Marche, and Tuscany, all just a few minutes' drive away. The picturesque Lake Trasimeno is also less than an hour away.

The property, located in a quiet and panoramic area, is perfect for groups of friends and families seeking space, comfort, and nature. The rooms, all with private bathrooms, guarantee maximum privacy, while the spacious common areas, both inside and out, allow for pleasant moments together.

Each room is designed like a small apartment, but without a kitchenette. Guests have access to a large shared kitchen on the ground floor and a spacious outdoor gazebo with a barbecue, perfect for cooking and sharing al fresco meals.

The owners live in a separate section of the farmhouse, ensuring complete privacy during their stay.

The property also includes a splendid outdoor swimming pool, ideal for relaxing, having fun, and fully enjoying the serene atmosphere of the Umbrian countryside.
