Cute space. Kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, dish soap, etc

The property was an excellent value for money close to downtown and 275. Only two minor complaints. No control over the HVAC and the matress is not very comfortable. But will stay again when back in St Petersburg.

Great location - it was close to Grand Centra District and an easy drive to lovely beaches. The studio is cute!

The place was nice on the inside and the host was always there to answer my questions. However the place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. For this reason I will not use this place again.
