As soon as you enter the apartment, you’ll find a welcoming living area equipped with a cozy sofa bed, an armchair, and a spacious dining table. You’ll also find a TV and a stereo system here, providing a variety of entertainment options.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed (2x 90 x 200 cm with 2 separate mattresses) and a TV.
Blackout curtains in the living room and bedroom create a cozy atmosphere and ensure undisturbed sleep.
The bathroom features modern amenities, including a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, a convenient makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need: In addition to a ceramic cooktop and an oven, you’ll find a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and all the kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware you need. A kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster round out the amenities, allowing you to comfortably prepare your own meals. The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying meals with friends and family.

A shared washer and dryer are available free of charge in the basement.

The apartment’s location is particularly attractive: the fine-sand beach at Timmendorfer Strand is only about 150 meters away, and the train station is also easily accessible at 1,800 meters. The city center is about 600 meters away. A wide variety of activities and recreational opportunities await you in the immediate vicinity. Whether you enjoy walking, biking, sailing, surfing, diving, or playing golf, tennis, and mini-golf—there’s something for everyone. Cultural attractions, restaurants, wellness and beauty treatments, fitness and yoga classes, horseback riding, birdwatching, and boat tours round out the diverse leisure program.
