Wake up to sweeping ocean blues, golden sunsets, and gentle island breezes at Country Club Villas #310, a spectacular top-floor retreat nestled in the heart of Keauhou. Perched above the Kona Country Club golf course, this beautifully remodeled villa offers one of the most desirable vantage points in the complex—where panoramic ocean views meet lush fairways and unforgettable sunsets.

Designed to feel like a private island home, this spacious residence lives like a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa. The main level features two private bedrooms, while an expanded loft serves as a third sleeping space—ideal for families or couples traveling together who want both togetherness and privacy.

The primary suite is a peaceful escape, complete with a king bed, air-conditioning, and direct access to the expansive lanai. Step outside and take in the breathtaking views—it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The second bedroom, also furnished with a king bed, offers comfort and serenity, while the loft bedroom provides two twin beds and its own half bath, creating a cozy yet functional space for additional guests.

At the heart of the home is a nearly new, high-end kitchen featuring soft-close wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Fully equipped and thoughtfully designed, it flows seamlessly into the open living area, where soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and cooling island breezes create a bright, airy atmosphere throughout the day.

Every detail has been carefully considered—from ceramic tile flooring and strand-woven bamboo in the loft, to custom blinds, recessed and soffit lighting, and motorized lanai sunshades. Six ceiling fans enhance airflow, while the fully remodeled bathrooms feature elegant granite countertops. A stacked washer and dryer in the unit adds convenience for longer stays.

Outside your door, Country Club Villas offers some of Keauhou’s best resort-style amenities. Enjoy three swimming pools and hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, and beautifully maintained tropical grounds. Assigned parking is located directly in front of the unit for easy access, and an on-site manager ensures the community is well cared for.

The location truly completes the experience. You’re just steps from the Kona Country Club golf course and minutes from Kahaluu Beach Park, Magic Sands, and Keauhou Bay. The Keauhou Shopping Center—with restaurants, shops, groceries, and a cinema—is within easy walking distance, and Aliʻi Drive provides quick access to Kealakekua, Captain Cook, and Hōnaunau.

Guests love this home for its top-floor privacy, stunning views, high-end finishes, and true sleeping space for six—all wrapped into an unbeatable Keauhou location. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or simply soak in the sunsets from the lanai, Country Club Villas #310 offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable Hawaiian stay.
