The host was hard to communicate with and he canceled my reservation the day of my trip. Leaving me to scramble to come up with a soulition for my out of town guest. STAY AWAY from this property and any other properties this host may have.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most stressful and disappointing stays we’ve had through VRBO.We arrived right at the confirmed check-in time of 4:00 PM, but the door access code provided couple of minutes before without proper instruction. We checked in and dropped our bags before we headout for dinner. On our return, the code did not work. We were left standing outside in cold weather for over 30 minutes with no immediate assistance. Multiple messages asking for help went unanswered during that time. Eventually, we discovered a back door was open and entered the property ourselves, which is not how it should ever happen.Once inside, several issues continued:Wi-Fi did not work at all, despite multiple passwords being shared and the modem being restarted.Water quality was unacceptable — dirt and debris came out of the faucets, shower, and tub. None of us felt comfortable using the bathrooms or showering.Communication was slow and reactive. Responses often came after long delays and only after repeated follow-ups.We were also informed after check-in that maintenance personnel might arrive, which was not communicated beforehand. While the host apologized later, the problems were never resolved during our stay. We checked out early due to the conditions and the overall experience.
