PROPERTY LAYOUT NOTE



This property includes two separate units:



Main House: 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, open-plan living, dining, kitchen, indoor fireplace, and patio.



Detached ADU — 5th Bedroom: Accessible through an exterior door only and not connected to the main house from inside. The ADU includes a spiral staircase, private kitchen, living area, and full bathroom. AC is available but controlled from the upstairs thermostat in the main house. Guests staying in the ADU should coordinate with the main house for temperature adjustments.



Guests booking the full property have access to both units. Please plan accordingly for guests staying in the detached ADU.

Guest Access:

The entire property — both the main house and the detached ADU (5th bedroom) — is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. The ADU is accessible via its own exterior door and is part of your booking.



All 5 bedrooms, bathrooms, the chef's kitchen, living and dining areas, and the private yard with fireplace are included. No shared spaces, no other guests.



Self check-in via smartlock. Our team is available 24/7 via message.



Parking: 5 uncovered parking spots are available, including 1 driveway spot, 3 spots next to the side entrance on Valley Vista Ct., and 1 or more additional spots near the Valley Vista Blvd entrance. Street parking is also allowed, and no permit is required. Garage access is not included.

Ventura Boulevard, Sherman Oaks’ main dining and shopping corridor, is just minutes away, offering a variety of restaurants, cafes, wine bars, boutiques, and local shops. Studio City and its popular restaurant scene along Ventura Boulevard are also less than 10 minutes away, while Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk are approximately 15 minutes south.

Ventura Boulevard's renowned dining and shopping strip is just minutes from the front door. Burbank Airport (BUR) is approximately 15–20 minutes; LAX is roughly 30–35 minutes without traffic. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is widely available.
