Welcome to Belle's Sea Inn--a Port A tradition for 70 years! This property has a rich history and has been a favorite of guests for decades. Perched on one of the highest points on the island, Belle's offers sweeping views of the ocean and the town, is a short drive or 10-minute walk to the beach, has a swimming pool, a picnic area with gas grills, and rooms at affordable rates. The main house has a grand room that can be booked for weddings, parties, or other events.
Room 108 is an efficiency apartment with a living room, a full kitchen, a full bath, and an ocean view from the kitchen. The room sleeps up to two adults and two children. The living area has a queen bed, a futon, a small dining table, and a closet. A television with DirecTV and wireless internet are included with your stay.
Next to the living area is the full kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, a gas stove, a microwave, a drip coffeemaker, and all of the kitchen basics for cooking. Paper products, soaps, and linens/towels are provided.
The full bath features a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity. Towels and basic soaps are provided.
Belle's Sea Inn has everything you'll need for a memorable vacation. There is a swimming pool (not heated) that's open from 8 AM to 10 PM daily. Guests may also use the picnic area that has panoramic views of the ocean and the surrounding area. Two gas grills, picnic tables, and lounge chairs make it a great place to start your day, catch some rays, or relax in the shade after a fun beach day. A guest laundry is available and A game room next to the pool will be available by March, 2026.
The property is a short drive from the beach, shopping, dining, and other attractions. If you prefer, the beach is a 10-minute walk to the boardwalk.
Belle's Sea Inn is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 50 lbs. We charge a $25 per dog pet fee (covers entire stay) and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside, keep them on a leash when they are outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them.

The property and rooms were very clean. The furniture (bed) and such reflects the price. Bobbi was very fast to respond to any questions or requests that I had. Ended up buying a beach parking pass as the trek to the beach was a little more challenging than I expected but it is doable. Just the very basics in the way of dishes so if there’s anything in particular that you need for a planned dinner I would suggest bringing it. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here if this is what’s in your budget.

I remember when there was an office on site here. Property manager did come quickly when we asked for assistance. But no coffee! Really? Also very few dishes and she had to bring us plates and bowls. Also, please get a bigger dish rack. The tiny one is a joke. Love the location but would have appreciated a better view since the place was practically empty during the week.
