We are a unique collection of 24 homes designed with fun in mind. Step outside to enjoy the communal outdoor space, complete with corn hole boards, BBQ grills, and cozy fire pits. Rainy day? Head to the game room and keep the good times rolling.
The Space:
Each home at The Commons features 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, offering the perfect blend of comfort and privacy. These modern homes also include a queen pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace for those chillier coastal evenings.
Guests have access to the shared courtyard, where you’ll find fire pits, BBQs, a game room, and laundry facilities—everything you need to relax and enjoy your time by the coast.

Guests at The Commons can enjoy the vibrant courtyard, complete with corn hole games, fire pits, and BBQ grills—perfect for gathering and relaxing. Additional amenities include a game room stocked with arcade games, air hockey, ping pong, comfortable couches, an ice machine, and a TV for added entertainment. A convenient laundry room is also available to keep your stay worry-free.
For those needing a private space, the conference room is available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis.

To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details and a matching credit card. Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored. We'll also place a temporary hold on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly. Thanks for understanding!

I went with my sister, her husband, my daughter and her friend, it was the best thing that I did, it has 2 master bedrooms , a kitchen that has all the appliances that u can imagine and the best brands. Then there is 2 bbq and 3 fireplaces, a playroom, there is an outdoor place to clean up your stuff, feet, pets. The whole commons are a brand new townhomesI will definitely use them againThe location is great, 12 mins away from cannon beach, 6 minutes away from seaside, 1 hr away from tillamook factory.

Had an amazing time at The Commons! Amazing location, clean property, and communication with the host was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place to everybody and I will be booking again!
