Disappointing

Even if from outside the property looked haunted, from the inside it was quite clean, comfy and well maintained. Also toiletries were generously provided. Not far from station.

After a five hour journey from South London to Norfolk, we couldn't wait to reach the hotel. To our surprise, the code provided to open the door wasn't working. We called the host over 20 times for almost half an hour for help and finally they responded and gave us an emergency code to use instead. This was so upsetting, disappointing and frustrating. We were already exhausted and having to wait outside with our luggage was so inconvenient and inconsiderate. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen but atleast when we were calling them for help, they should have responded earlier. Excuse given was they had poor network connection at the time which is unacceptable and lame. How unprofessional and irresponsible can people be ? If they knew they were going to be away to an area with poor network connection, then they should have made sure that the code was working fine. On the second day of stay, hot water supply was interrupted. Luckily problem got sorted fairly quickly when we escalated the matter to the host. It was a bit chilly at night and the heater in the bedroom doesn’t work.

'Cosy and cool' home review

Tucked away from the main roads so has a nice private vibe. Modern decor and facilities including smart TV with Netflix, Prime video and iPlayer included. Spacious and cool (even though it was soooo hot outside). 5 minutes walk from centre of Kings Lynn. Terrace with table and chairs perfect for chilling with beer and a book in the evening. Very comfortable bed. Loved it!

Kitchen just needs a few more pans, scissors, bottle opener, cooking utensils etc.... for people like me who like to self cater Otherwise it's perfect.

Well presented 1 bed flat with almost everything you require, good shower and kitchen area..

There flat could do with having blackout curtains as only thin linen allows far too much light in for a good night's sleep. Also a fan would be good as the flat was very hot to sleep in....
