Great location, staff super nice, good amenities, and rooftop.

Bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Way to thick. The nice coffee machine for latte and cappuccino was out if milk by 8AM on a Sunday morning and was not refilled.

The location was good, the bed was pretty comfortable, the AC worked well, and the rooftop area was a nice place to relax throughout the day. Great location near a bunch of restaurants, and friendly staff. I really appreciated the 24 hour support line for guests.

There were just some strange choices that made the accommodation feel sort of "not for real humans." There is a kitchen in the unit, but no pots, no pans, no garbage can of any kind (besides a small one in the bathroom). They left a "gift" for my arrival, but it was microwavable popcorn - without a microwave anywhere in the building...? A little bizarre. The water pressure & temperature in the shower were both abysmal - almost laughable. I also am generally opposed to low-floor units without functional windows. I didn't fly to the nicest neighborhood in Denver to "misuse" a window. The value is hard to get behind, because if they're charging a premium over a marriott, they should have at least the comforts of a marriott. At least the roof was nice.
