Nice facilities and lovely staff

So so so nice! The place is beautiful, safe, well-decorated, clean, and cozy, located literally in the banana farm with palm trees surrounding! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the beds are comfy, so many facilities are included (e.g. gym, bicycles, drinking water, kitchen, pool…). Local fruits market is nearby. It was a real pleasure to stay in Salalah Social Club!

Location is in the middle of nowhere. I stayed there in the very end of August and was told that it’s not a season anymore. So all food options were not available and the nearest place to eat was in about 25mins walk. Only coffee shop was open there. Noise – I heard literally everything and everyone even after midnight. Had to use my earplugs to sleep. Might be even more noisy during the high season… There are no European plugs in the room. The hosts were so kind to lend me their own adapter, but I was alone there, so in high season it can be a problem. It’s not something which made me upset, however just be aware of it when you go there :)

Environment and staff.

It looks clean, we stay for 7 days. My wife got serious ringworm there. We are strongly worry about the cleaning there. This is very dangerous. Please take care about people’s health. Make it clean.
