Personal de calitate.

Zona chicineta și patul mai trebuie modernizate.

The staff did their best to make our stay pleasurable - we were given a free breakfast and dinner to compensate for a mix up with our booking. They're doing a good job to keep things running despite being understaffed and operating a hotel that badly needs upgrading.

We booked an apartment for 3 nights but on arrival we were told the apartment wasn't available for the first night so we had to stay in a room for the first night and then change. Not sure why this happened or why it couldn't have been communicated prior to arrival, but it wasn't a good start. The hotel is tired and nothing really works - the beds were uncomfortable, there was only enough hot water for one of us to shower before it ran out, and there was no wifi in the rooms. There is also no sign of any air conditioning in the building! While the setting is lovely, and the building is impressive, it really does need some updating to make it more modern and comfortable.
