Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und die Lage war für uns perfekt. Obwohl das Hotel mitten in Patong liegt, befindet es sich in einer ruhigeren Nebenstraße. Dadurch war vom Nachtleben kaum etwas zu hören und man konnte trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig schlafen.
Das Einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Beleuchtung während der Nacht. Im Hotel war die ganze Nacht Licht an, und durch die Tür kam dadurch Licht ins Zimmer. Außerdem war nachts ein Geräusch zu hören, vermutlich von einer Klimaanlage oder einer anderen technischen Anlage im bzw. außerhalb des Gebäudes, das beim Schlafen etwas störend war.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Ok for one or two nights.
We were 3rd floor with heavy suitcases - no lift. But a member of staff helped with one case.
We had a window (some don’t) but it was not a window - rather an ill-fitting door onto a metre square balcony - no good for anything - except letting mosquitoes in.
The toilet / shower is a wet room. You need to remove the toilet paper before you shower and if you need the toilet afterwards your shorts will get wet as it does not drain properly.
