The host provided excellent suggestions for finding what we needed nearby. We received a map and notes about what was available and where.

It'a great luxury apartment with an old elevator. Full size fridge with freezer, great king size bed and seperate airconditions in both rooms. Owner is very friendly with great recommomendations.
There could have been a sign on the building to clarify that it really is Bluhouse and maybe a small platter with the phonenumber to call to get the keys.

The location is excellent. The apartment is very close to the metro station and within walking distance of many of Rome's main attractions. We ended up walking most of the time and hardly needed public transport.
The apartment was clean, bright, and equipped with all the essentials we needed for our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city.
The check-in process could have been a bit more welcoming, communication was somewhat difficult. We managed everything without any real problems, though the overall arrival experience felt rather impersonal compared to the warm hospitality we encountered elsewhere during our trip.
