Location, comfort, cleanliness, great views. Good to have a few basic supplies ready, such as UHT milk and tea bags.
Access to the driveway - the gates are too tight and need an alternative solution. It would be helpful to have easy access to a vacuum.

Lovely house with large kitchen, comfy lounge and large garden. Three spacious bedrooms, suitable for six people.
Parking was spacious but challenging to get in and out with a large multivan. Bathroom light ceased to work on the first night of four and took too long to fix (fixed on last night). Made it more worrying with older generation using the toilet at night.
