The location was ideal - as very close to family.
The apartment was warm.
Although modestly equipped, it was sufficient for our use.
Previous guests laundry ( sheets, duvet cover, pillow cases, towels) still left damp on the drying rack in the hall cupboard. We had to dry this ourselves to enable us to be able to use the airer. I have been offered a small credit off our 12 day stay here - but weeks later - I am still waiting to see this.
No mattress or pillow protection on the beds . This is not hygienic.
Contact with the host was very slow. Due to the weight of the washing left on the apartment- the clothes airer had broken. I landed up fixing it myself with tape.
The location to collect the key, and return it, is a 14 minute walk away. Not ideal when you have an early morning start to your next location, or a late night arrival.
