We work hard to keep this home affordable and accessible so more guests can enjoy our beautiful area. As a well-loved and frequently visited home, none of the furnishings or amenities are brand new, but everything is maintained to provide a comfortable and practical stay. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to relax and explore the region, this home is a great fit. When we describe it as older or well loved or well traveled, we simply mean the property shows normal wear from years of use and many furnishings and finishes have seen better days.

Nestled on more than two private acres along Cottonwood Creek, this spacious 5-bedroom lodge offers the perfect setting for family vacations, group getaways, retreats, and outdoor adventures, all within walking distance of the Arkansas River, local restaurants, breweries, shops, and trails.
Please note: The home comes with a "starter kit" of Toilet paper and paper towels. If you are in need of any additional supplies City Market is 2 miles from the home.

The home is not stocked with propane refills. If the propane tank(s) provided at the property are empty, guests who wish to use the grill will need to obtain a refill or exchange from a local propane vendor during their stay.

The location of this place is perfect - walkable to downtown, beautiful creek and space to explore. The house had plenty of room for our kids to play and they loved the hot tub.

We stayed here with 2 families including children. The outside property is beautiful and location is convenient to town. The house itself needs lots of updates, and doesn’t seem well cared for. The oven and washer/dryer are falling apart. The kitchen was not equipped for 10 people. The house has no air conditioning, which was fine for May, but the windows do not stay open on their own so air flow is limited. It was not a comfortable place to stay overall. The house with its location would be amazing with some necessary updates.
