Quiet property in a really nice neighborhood. Very conveniently located near lake travis and lake austin. Strong air conditioning. Low hanging trees over the driveway make parking large vehicles and boats on trailers a little challenging but we made it work with a 25ft wake surf boat.

We came to Austin for a family wedding. We were greeted by a personal sign welcoming us to the property as well as some snacks and chilled water. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of trees and greenery. The home itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck listening to the many different birds and observing a few curious little lizards. We didn’t have much extra time to explore the surrounding area but would like to come back to check it out! We were only minutes away from reception at UT Golf Club. Recommend Kawa Asian Kitchen for lunch/dinner and Texas Toast Breakfast and Burgers for breakfast. Host is very responsive and easy to work with. Great stay!

Great property and Hosts. Property was cute, clean, and well kept. Hosts were great communicators and provided us clear directions and helpful information. We will rent from them again.

Very clean home with a great, secure yard for the dogs and very kind neighbors! Quiet community near the lake that felt immersed in nature with all the convenience of being in the city. Will absolutely stay again if we return to Austin!
