The green garden provides plenty of sun loungers and a parasol for relaxing. In the garden is situated a trampoline for children. The fenced garden is perfect for guests with pets.The ground-level holiday house from the year 1951 was completely renovated in the year 2000 and is comfortably furnished and well-equipped for a pleasant stay. It has a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a modern flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a dining table with four chairs. Right next to it there is the fully-equipped kitchen with a four-zone gas stove with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, an electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. An additional bed of 70 x 180cm can be provided for a child. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided.Your holiday villa is about 5km from the centre of the little town of Labin with shopping facilities and a good range of gastronomy. The nearest cafés and restaurants are about 2km away. It is about 45km to the airport.A car is recommended during your stay and you can find secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
