Cyclists are recommended to take the Kosmos cycle path from Daun to Meerfeld. In summer, you can enjoy a relaxing swim in the Meerfeld maar, which is also well worth a visit at other times of the year. Manderscheid with its two castles and the wild and romantic Lieserpfad trail is also one of the highlights in the immediate vicinity. Otherwise, there are wonderful hiking and cycling opportunities in all directions directly from the house, even without a fixed route, and there is a large playground with a meadow for children in the village.
