The house is in a quiet neighbourhood in Podstrana near the beach.You can enjoy a wonderful view of the area and the sea from the balcony with garden furniture. Behind the house there is a garden with plants and flowers, as well as a barbecue for the use of house guests. Parking spaces are available.The apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed for two people. The living and dining room with an open kitchen is air conditioned and also provides satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. A washing machine and wireless Internet access are also available.The beach is just 800 metres away. The public transport connections run every 20 minutes. A range of outdoor activities are available, such as jogging on the beach, cycling, walking, birdwatching. There are tennis courts and golf courses in Stobrec, a five-minute drive away. Other coastal towns such as Omis, Makarska, Trogir and Primosten are not far away. Split is ten kilometres away and from there you can go on a boat trip to the nearby islands of Hvar or Brac.
