Step inside to an inviting open concept living space featuring white quartz countertops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, creating a clean and modern feel. The living room offers a cozy gathering spot with a flat screen cable TV and a queen sized leather sleeper sofa, ideal for movie nights or afternoon lounging.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals when you are not savoring the wonderful restaurants just moments away. Start your mornings with a cup of coffee from the drip style maker on your private deck, a peaceful spot for quiet moments, or return in the afternoon for a refreshing cocktail.
The primary bedroom is conveniently located downstairs and features a comfortable king sized bed, ensuite access to the bathroom with a tub and shower combo, and a private entrance to the back deck. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Host answered questions in a very timely manner-much appreciated. The location and gated neighborhood was wonderful!!! I feel that some attention can be given to the different parts of the home. Deep clean or replace the carpet in the downstairs bedroom. Fix the main flooring as it was very uneven and ‘planks’ were loose. There was a noisy fan in the first floor bathroom-I did tell our host about it and they did offer to send a maintenance person but we declined at the time. We would also like to suggest a fresh paint to the interior.In closing, we did enjoy our stay!!
