Set on a peaceful deep-water cove, this lakefront home at 1500 Villa Cove Drive is an easygoing but upscale place to enjoy everything Cedar Creek Lake has to offer. Designed for guests who want comfort, space, and real access to the water, this home delivers a relaxed lake lifestyle without feeling overly formal.

The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open living layout and vaulted ceilings that keep the space light and airy. Large windows line the lakeside of the home, bringing in natural light and steady views of the water throughout the day. The living room is centered around a stone fireplace and flows naturally into the dining area and kitchen, making it easy for groups to spend time together without feeling crowded.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, weekend grilling, or longer stays. It’s practical, functional, and ready for everything from casual breakfasts to laid-back dinners after a day on the lake.

One of the highlights of the home is the outdoor living space. A screened-in porch and open deck provide multiple places to relax, whether you’re starting the morning with coffee or winding down in the evening. The primary bedroom opens directly to the screened porch, giving you quick access to fresh air and lake views without leaving the comfort of the home.

Out back, you’ll find a private boathouse with electric lifts for both a boat and a personal watercraft. The cove is wide, calm, and deep, making it ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, or tying up friends’ boats. With quick access to open water, you can be tubing, wakeboarding, or cruising the lake within minutes.

Cedar Creek Lake is known for its variety of activities. Spend your days boating, fishing, or exploring nearby waterfront restaurants by boat. Anglers will appreciate the strong bass and crappie fishing, while families and groups can enjoy long afternoons swimming or floating in the cove. In the evenings, the lake settles down, creating a quiet backdrop for sunsets, stargazing, and relaxed outdoor dinners.

The home is located in a quiet lake community with a private neighborhood boat launch, adding convenience for guests bringing their own watercraft. Additional features like a circular driveway, outdoor shower, and lakeside irrigation system add to the overall ease of staying here.

This property is best suited for guests looking for a comfortable, well-maintained lake house experience — not a party scene or ultra-modern luxury rental, but a solid, high-quality home where the focus is on the lake, the views, and spending time together.

Whether you’re planning a family lake trip, a long weekend with friends, or a seasonal stay to enjoy Cedar Creek Lake, this home offers the space, location, and amenities to make it a memorable one.
