The property was a great stay!It was spacious, clean and peaceful.The view of the lake is excellent.Samantha was excellent and communicative through our stay!I love that the decor was neutral with out a ton of personal effects.Will definitely stay here again!

We loved the house. Very spacious, fully stocked, the view is beautiful. We had an amazing spring break. The host is super nice, responsive, and gave me a lot of info and recommendations around the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect

Not enough can be said about this view!!Start the day with a coffee on the dock to catch the morning sun, spend the day taking in the uninterrupted view of mountains, greenspace and the calm waters of the cove, then end the day with a glass of wine on the patio to enjoy the tranquil, peaceful view. It is an incredibly friendly and safe neighborhood! The morning walks with our dog through the streets of the Marina Cove were very enjoyable. At the end of the neighborhood is a trail by the river where you can continue for a longer walk. Samantha made not only us, but our dog feel very welcome. She has provided food/ water bowls and a super comfy dog bed (which our dog preferred to his own!) The yard was secure and our dog enjoyed it there as much as we did. This location worked well for us as we found there are golf courses nearby, many dog friendly restaurants/ lounges and a twice weekly farmer’s market. We spent a few days exploring the surrounding area. The town of Oatman is a must-see. Topac, Lake Havasu, Laughlin and Bullhead City are all great day trips.The house itself was big, open and airy. The main bedroom has a great view and a huge en-suite. We would melt into the large, very comfy sectional to watch tv when we finally came in from enjoying the yard or spending the day away. Plenty of room to settle in and make it your own. Hopefully Samantha is busy with her rental, but will still have time for us, as we would absolutely love to stay again!
