In our farm store, guests can purchase “eggcellent” breakfast eggs from our own chickens every day—perfect for a delicious start to the day. The selection is complemented by farm-fresh products such as homemade egg noodles, jams, and preserves, as well as carefully selected items from partner farms in the region. This creates an authentic, personal shopping experience, and you can be sure that you’re buying artisanal products crafted with passion and sustainable practices.
You’re welcome to visit our chickens on a short walk on the outskirts of Teisendorf. If you’re traveling with children, we’ll provide you with a small bowl of feed that our “ladies” are sure to enjoy in their spacious free-range area. Please ask us about it!

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a high-quality granite countertop, a DeLonghi automatic coffee machine, and a “Quooker” for hot water straight from the tap, offers everything you need for cooking and dining together. Flat-screen TVs are available in all bedrooms and the living room for relaxing evenings.
In the large bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in, floor-level rain shower with a spacious shower area in harmonious colors, creating a calm, elegant atmosphere.
The highlight is the private wellness area with a modern infrared cabin for two people—perfect for romantic moments together or a little time out after an active day. Gentle warmth, pleasant lighting, and comfortable lounge chairs create a wellness oasis right inside the vacation rental.

Teisendorf is the ideal starting point for long walks, bike rides, and excursions in the surrounding area. We’re centrally located between Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee, the charming old town of Salzburg, and the “Bavarian Sea”—Lake Chiemsee—with its picturesque Fraueninsel and the famous royal palace on Herreninsel. The Lake Constance–Königssee Bike Trail and the Mozart Bike Trail to Salzburg run right past our front door. For hiking enthusiasts, our local mountain, the Teisenberg, with the picturesque Stoißer Alm, is just 2 km away. The 280 km of well-marked hiking trails invite you to take a leisurely stroll around Teisendorf. In the summer, enjoy the new forest swimming pool just a 5-minute walk away.
On historic Marktstraße, you’ll find well-run restaurants and cafés to suit every taste. There are also plenty of shopping options and an ice cream parlor serving authentic Italian gelato, perfect for a leisurely stroll.
