Cozy 2nd-floor studio, ideal for families or small groups, with bunk bed for 2 and fold-down bed for 2. Bright living area opening onto a terrace with stunning sea views. Equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Located on the seafront promenade, close to a tram stop for easy access to the town centre and nearby resorts.
Wifi: yes – parking: included – sheets/towels: bring your own.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
