Breakfast and catering staff were very good.
Location was good.
Parking was good.
on arrival the reception staff, kept apologizing, say she was new to the job & called for the manager for help, the manager was disgruntled, and quite abrupted, but managed to sort out what ever the problem was, with no apology for the wait.
no hot water on our second day.
Elevator was not working on our second day morning

The bed was very comfortable.
It was supposed to be a king sized bed. It was a actually two single beds disguised as a king, two singles pushed together with a sheet covering both to hide the middle. The two single duvets were zipped together with a king duvet cover over them. I discovered the hardness of the zip sometime in the early hours. It was however a very comfortable mattress.
