Clean room, great value for the price and a lot of little extras to show the host cared.

I enjoyed my stay. The place is just as listed. The room and bathroom was clean; the room door opens up to a back yard which was very relaxing. Magarita was accommodating.
Bed was clean and comfortable. The place is about 12 mins drive by Uber to Sawgrass Mills as described.
A point to note is that the bathrrom was shared but at no time i felt inconvenience. Also, disinfectant cleaning supplies were available to sanitize surfaces.
I would recommend this place to a single traveler who is on a budget.
