The space
This apartment is in Casoretto, 10 minutes walk from Loreto metro station (M1 red and M2 green lines). A Milanese architecture studio designed the space, drawing from Brazilian modernist principles—honest materials, spatial flow, integration of nature—and Moroccan architectural traditions in the bathroom design.

Original vintage terrazzo floors run throughout. White architectural volumes create distinct zones without closing off space, and create an extra bedroom maintaining privacy between guests. Plants aren't decoration, they're part of how the apartment functions. Natural light moves through the space throughout the day.

The bathroom is the highlight of this home, with tadelakt-inspired design with terracotta walls. Integrated bathtub/shower—the tub is built into the shower space, full size for soaking after a full day of exploring. Plants and the warm color palette will make you relax instantly.

The balcony is your outdoor breathing space. Not huge, but private and yours.
