GETTING AROUND
Compass Cove offers simple, convenient transportation options. Guests can walk to nearby dining and entertainment, or use Uber, Lyft, taxis, and rental cars for quick trips around Myrtle Beach. On-site parking makes driving effortless, and most attractions are minutes away.

* Linens & Starter Supplies: We provide professionally cleaned towels, linens, and a starter set of toiletries (including one roll of toilet paper). For longer stays, we recommend purchasing additional supplies as needed.

Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.
3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.
4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.
5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.
7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.
10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.
11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.

So we’ve been coming down here for 30 years and we’ve stayed at Compass cove multiple times and I have to say it was a great experience. Communication is key in my life and they always answered my call, and helped me to the best of their ability to ensure my families vacation was perfect. Thomas that we talked to on the phone was the MVP! Great place good and clean, will definitely use them again. Rent from these guys because it’s A service the whole way!!

The condo was very nice! It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was very attentive. Being right on the beach presented us with a fantastic view!
