Discover the delights of Nice from this stylish studio apartment for 2. On the first floor (with lift) of a smart residence, close to the iconic Le Negresco Hotel, the studio is ideally placed for visitors to get the best out of a stay on the glamorous Côte d’Azur.
The apartment is full of light, with a parquet floor and modern furnishings. The corner kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are two high stools at the breakfast bar for meals. The seating area includes a sofa, flat-screen TV, extensive wardrobes and a fan.
Sleeping
The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

The neat bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a WC
