The fully equipped kitchen features a stand-alone ice maker, wine fridge, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar—ideal for preparing family meals or casual gatherings. Each bedroom has its own private bath, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.

Sanctuary by the Sea spans 23 acres and offers amenities including three sparkling pools, two hot tubs, grilling stations, seasonal gas firepits, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. Guests can enjoy the nearby coastal dune lake for kayaking, fishing, or canoeing, or take a short stroll to the boundaries of Grayton Beach State Park. Enjoy even more pool time during the off-season! Sanctuary by the Sea’s main pool is now heated annually from October 15 through April 15.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
