From the private terrace, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Bay of Banderas, Los Arcos, unforgettable sunsets, and—during whale season—front-row whale watching right from the apartment. This is a true ocean-view retreat designed for relaxation and connection with nature.
📌 Important note: The building does not have an elevator. Access is stairs only to the 6th floor.
🚭 This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the balcony.
