The location of the hotel is excellent -across from the ferry station The bellman was the only nice person (Devion)

Hotel -is old and run down, there is NO customer service, check in staff very rude, The rooms need a good cleaning-there was sand on the sheets and in the shower when we arrived. When I asked about this at the front desk they said I was lucky to get a room (check in time is at 4 but rooms where not ready until 5:30)

The property quality was very poor, with a malfunctioning TV, safety deposit box telephone, and ac unit. The absence of staff to fix safety deposit box was until late on the second day was an inconvenience when hotel signs specify they are not responsible for Los items/valuables during stay. Additionally, the faulty AC and unpleasant smell in the room made the stay uncomfortable. There was mildew in q a wall. Closet was missing one door. The overall state of the rooms seemed very tired and in need of improvement.

The location is close to the Ferry Terminal and to the airport. Other than that, there was nothing to like. To my surprise, the restaurant was closed. No food to eat on the premises and I had to buy water from the machine. I traveled with my 94 year old uncle.

No food on the premises and the water from the bathroom faucet was a deep rust color. When I complained the people behind the counter claimed that it is because of the public water source.

Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Front staff was great. secured parking was nice.

Toilet did not work properly. Outside music on the rear of the hotel was way too loud and kept me from sleeping. Wifi didn't work.
