Welcome to the Central Coast! Bring your family and friends to this 100 year old fully remodeled home just 4 houses away from the famous historic Arroyo Grande Village. This stylish 4 BR property is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants, wineries and a short drive to the beach! Walk to the swinging bridge, amazing restaurants and even see a rooster or two!
Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 10-you can't go wrong!!
Fully remodeled 4 bedroom 3 bath:
*Master bedroom w/ King Bed and en suite on upper level with dual vanity and walk in shower. Private deck out back.
*Two guest bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bath at the end of the hallway. One with a queen air mattress as well.
*Additional guest bedroom with Full bed and half bath near dining area
*Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining
The property does not have a driveway (part of the historic charm). All parking is on the street. Parking is first come first serve on Branch street out front. House is accessed via a set of stairs out front which will lead you up to the main front deck and front door.
In the heart of town but very private and peaceful.
Directions:
Historic AG Village: 5 minute walk to great shopping and restaurants
Pismo Pier: 3.9 miles
Wineries: Timbre (in the Village), Talley Vineyards 5.8 miles
There is a separate casita behind main unit for the owners who may stop by from time to time.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
This property does not have Air Conditioning which is common for properties in the Five Cities area.
Landscaping and trash service is typically on Tuesdays.
We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

This house was a perfect location and configuration for our family! It was in a charming area within walking distance of the main street; close enough to SLO for Cal Poly graduation weekend, yet far enough away that it wasn't too crowded on their busiest weekend of the year. The front patio with a small fire pit table and gas grill was a terrific setting for our family gathering to celebrate. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were comfortable and the living area was spacious enough for all of us to enjoy being together. Even my concern about parking was unfounded since there was always street parking available. I appreciated the host being available when there was a minor issue and it was taken care of quickly. All eight of us agreed - we'd come back again!

The home was nice, comfortable, and in a great location within walking distance to the Arroyo Grande Village. We enjoyed being able to walk for coffee and scones in the morning and to dinner in the evening.The beds were very comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and the patio was lovely with beautiful potted plants and nice privacy from the neighboring yard.A couple of things to be aware of: parking can be a little challenging since the house is located on a busy street. The rock retaining wall next to the parking area made it difficult to fully open the passenger-side door. Also, there was noticeable highway and street noise throughout our stay.Overall, the home itself was very comfortable, and the walkable location was a big plus.

Beautiful property in a perfect location next to the Arroyo grande Village! We had such a great time and loved that the house is in walking distance to the town. The house was clean and well set up. The host was great and very responsive. We will definitely be back to stay again.
