The best thing about this rental was the location. The area, street & building felt very safe and quiet, and its about 20mins walk to everywhere you want to be. Great neighbourhood. As for the apartment itself, the bathroom did not have any spare toilet paper (which we had to go out to find/buy one night at midnight), and the toilet seat falls on top of you when sitting. There is also no hand soap or body wash provided in the bathroom, which really should/could be standard in a rental. We had no internet the whole time (wrong router/connection info) which was never resolved, and ended up using our own data to support our internet needs. I also had a unannounced/un-expected maintenance man let himself into the apartment (with key) unexpectedly while I was unpacking which was a bit unsettling, but who was quickly verified as legit once reported, and totally professional. It was more the surprise of it all that was the issue– since he had a key and I was alone, and Guest Services was also unaware of his visit. To be fair, Guest Services was very on top of all communication (24/7) and accommodated our needs as best as possible from afar. But otherwise, I really have no complaints. I would stay again, but I would suggest the host consider/correct these things first, and anyone renting confirm them prior to booking, to make sure your stay is up to par.
