Welcome to La Privada Stay – Buenavante Resort Retreat, a private, resort-style luxury home designed to deliver a boutique hotel experience in one of Scottsdale’s most peaceful and well-kept neighborhoods.

Luxury, privacy, and a true resort-style experience come together in a thoughtfully designed space featuring clean, modern finishes and a cohesive aesthetic throughout. From the open-concept living area to spa-inspired bathrooms and premium materials, every detail has been curated to create a polished, elevated stay.

Guests will also enjoy premium wellness upgrades, including a whole-home water softener for noticeably softer water throughout the home, along with reverse osmosis (RO) filtered drinking water in the kitchen—perfect for drinking, coffee, and cooking.

Indoor & Outdoor Resort Living

The indoor space offers a refined, hotel-like feel, while the outdoor setting completes the experience.

The backyard is expansive, private, and designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring:

Multiple lounge and seating areas
Covered patio with outdoor Smart TV
Sonos outdoor speaker system
Private pool in a quiet, serene setting

Whether you're enjoying a sunny afternoon or a quiet evening, the space is designed to feel elevated and comfortable at all times.

Heated Pool (Optional Add-On)

Enjoy the private pool year-round with optional heating for added comfort.

Pool heat is available for $80 per night and will remain on for the duration of your stay to maintain a consistent, comfortable temperature.

Please note:

Advance notice is required, as pool heating is not an instant feature
We recommend requesting heat at least 72 hours prior to arrival
Heating typically takes 24–48 hours to reach approximately 85°F (weather dependent)
Requests made after check-in may result in a delay before the pool is fully heated
Once activated, pool heat remains on for the duration of the stay

For the best experience—especially during cooler months—we recommend adding pool heat in advance so it’s ready upon arrival.
