There are two large dining tables for added convenience. Just beyond, the spacious living room invites you to unwind with plush furnishings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, oversized windows, and a large Smart TV framing those Smoky Mountain views.

Head downstairs for nonstop fun and relaxation. The lower level is packed with entertainment, including a full game room featuring a pool table, arcade games, virtual pinball with hundreds of games, virtual golf, board games, and a massive 75” TV with surround sound. Movie night is next level in the private home theater, complete with comfortable leather seating and another large Smart TV.

* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
