This is going to be long because this house was that amazing! I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals. This is my new favorite and I will be back! There’s nothing not to love! The house is clearly cared for and felt like staying in someone’s home. Even the floor mats outside the showers are plush! The main level is surprisingly cozy for how large it is and there’s no echo! The couch is clean and comfortable. Something I rarely find in a vacation rental. We were all blown away by the bedrooms! The decor is gorgeous, clearly carefully chosen and high end. The linens were quality, and the bed I slept in was magic! I shared a room with my bestie and we never felt each other move! I went with 5 of my closest girlfriends who didn’t know each other to celebrate my 50th birthday. With each of us having our own bathroom, getting ready was a breeze! We fully took advantage of the amenities! The hot tub is huge, clean and not heavily chlorinated (I never smelled or felt like I had chlorine on my body). Michelle told us it’s cleaned after each guest. The movie room is so cozy and a very special added feature. We enjoyed it very much! The location of the house is perfect! It’s a quick drive to the village (about 5 minutes). Right behind the house is the river and trees! It was so private and peaceful! At first I was put off by how close the house is to the road, but that was a non-factor the minute we stepped inside! Also, it’s not a very busy road, so backing into the driveway was easy. After our long weekend there, my friends raved about the house! It was just as much a highlight as going into the Bavarian Village! This wouldn’t be a complete review if I didn’t mention the host, Michelle. She was a pleasure to work with! She’s helpful, professional, and quick to respond. It’s clear she wants her guests to have an amazing stay! We had zero issues. Only questions, which she was quick to respond to!
